Our Team

With over 30 years of experience in teaching, consulting, and leading digital transformation initiatives, I am the Executive Director of AKFI, a nonprofit industry forum that focuses on actionable plans for social, economic, environmental, and digitalization challenges in response to extreme risks. I am also an instructor at Cornell University, where I facilitate and teach courses on sustainability, digital transformation, innovation, and 5G.

As a former senior executive and co-founder of several startups, I have a wide-ranging background in profit and loss management, change management, business development, market analysis, regulatory policy, project and product management, and M&A negotiations and integration. I have presented at over 170 global industry events, delivered over 30 digital transformation classes with a 93%+ satisfaction rate, and developed and executed strategies for people transition, knowledge management, and workforce reskilling. I am passionate about bridging the gap between sustainability and innovation, and empowering organizations and individuals to thrive in the digital age.
